Jin-Li, the name of this building, means true principles. Because this building is for the lectures and administrations of the university.
This building is 5 story-structure(basement-4th floors) was completed in 1995. It consists of 3 major parts(the Library, Lecture halls & Administrative Organs)and several kinds of minor parts( a small sanctuary, indoor exercise room, auditorium, electronic computer room, resting room, and various kinds of seminar halls.)

All the seminarians live in the dormitory. The dormitory is composed of the three sections(Empty hall, Learning hall, Serving hall). The receptive percentage is 207£¥ at the present. It was constructed in 1995. (The floor-age : 2262§³, The gross area : 12842§³) As the surrounding environment of the dormitory is located on the greens with lots of trees Hence it can make them improve the atmosphere of the students life, study, spirituality, and can characterize it as a real seminary.

In the "Pastores Dabo Vobis" that is the advice of the Pope John Paul ¥±, it stipulated seminary preparation period as well as spiritual year to seminary applicants to prepare real life of the seminary. Furthermore The Vatican mentioned in The 2nd Vatican Council that seminarians and seminary applicants needed ascetic, spiritual exercises. In other words, in this place, the 1st-year seminarians discuss their subjects and thoughts that they learn freely with taking a rest from nature, good virtues as well.

| 4. University Church |

The Church stands between Jin-Ri Kwan and Dormitory, which is a significant and one of the important pride of our University. We can divide this structure into two parts. The 1st basement is the museum, and the 1st floor is the church. This sanctuary was made on the model of majestic and solemn model of Catacombs. It was awarded "Korean Architecture Award" for its magnificent architect in 1996. The Dae-Jeon Catholic university church stands as the living model for the reconciliation and the glorification, which is the most animated point for the youth seminarians.
